MiSide Full Achievement Unlock Guide
Escaping from Crazy Mita is just the beginning as the adventure to find all the MiSide achievements continues. Faced with different versions of Mita, completing various collection challenges, trapped inside your own game—no wonder Player One keeps finding himself lost within his own creation.
There are a total of 26 achievements in MiSide. Some are much harder to obtain than others. We highly recommend going for these after achieving the Bad Ending, as you can select to restart from the beginning of a chapter in the main menu. The achievements below are listed in chronological order. Play through following this order so you don’t have to repeatedly restart for the next achievement.
Here is our complete walkthrough on how to unlock all achievements in MiSide.
MiSide Achievement Guide: Full Walkthrough
Delicious Love
Try the love sauce.
Chapter: Together At Last
Pick up the scissors in the kitchen when Mita asks you to find them. Return to the kitchen to eat the meal she cooked. She will ask if you want to try the sauce. Say yes, then use the scissors to open the packet before handing them to Mita.
Dead Juice
Is this safe?
Chapter: Together At Last
While exploring, use the remote control to turn on the TV. Mita will take over and switch to a juice ad. She will take a glass of juice straight out of the TV and offer it to you. Drink it.
Penguin Conundrum!
Lock in.
Chapter: Things Get Weird
After taking the pills, new activities open up in Mita’s apartment. Use the controller to start playing Penguin Piles. You need to beat her in two rounds. The easiest way to win is to aim for the snowballs furthest from you, then work your way back to the spawn point so Mita can’t catch up to your total score.
Clabber
Chapter: Things Get Weird
Mita whooped me the first time I played Dairy Scandal. But I quickly figured out her moves—this girl just loves crouching in place. The strategy is clear: Don’t let her win or the next round will be tougher. The goal is to crouch and spam the punch button to win four rounds in a row.
Creak in the Dark
Chapter: Things Get Weird
While playing cards with Mita, there’s a knocking sound from the closet. Scared Player One goes to check. A worried Mita asks you not to go. Refuse her to get this achievement.
Going at Maximum Speed!
Winners only.
Chapter: Beyond the World
Before talking to Mita and Cappie, play the Spacecar arcade game first. Focus on collecting all 10 coins in the race to unlock this achievement.
Accelerate!
Chapter: Beyond the World
Continuing with the Spacecar game, this time you need to get first place to unlock the achievement.
Pat on the head!
Is it bad that I always picked Q?
Chapter: Beyond the World
After talking with Mita and Cappie, Cool Mita tells you to entertain yourself while she upgrades your ring with a new route. Use this time to play multiple games with her, destroying rebooted Cappie’s self-esteem to get achievements. First go to the kitchen and press the big red button. You have to win every round.
The Great Dance
Move over, rhythm amateur coming through.
Chapter: Beyond the World
After defeating Cappie and giving her a concussion, go to the living room and follow the motion sensors in front of the TV to dance. I’m ashamed to say it took me several tries to pass, and the second round is way harder than the first. So it’s best to complete a full song without missing a step in the first round. Cappie will score higher in the second round, so focus on the first, defeating her before the difficulty rises. Finishing a whole song without a single mistake will earn you this achievement.
O, Great Mita!
The holy shrine.
Chapter: Dummies and Forgotten Puzzles
In the corridor where Mita accidentally drops a fridge on your head, find the shrine behind the second activation terminal. Interacting with it reveals a cool easter egg showing other players trapped in the game with you. Repeatedly press any key to input your prayer to O Great Mita for the achievement.
You Shall Not Pass!
Somehow she’s one of the more intimidating Mitas.
Chapter: Dummies and Forgotten Puzzles
After the tram arrives, follow Mini Mita as she leaves. She will head towards the bridge you just crossed. You can’t follow her through, but her apt and fiery response is the trigger you need for this achievement.
Helluvah Win!
Line up your shots and keep firing.
Chapter: Dummies and Forgotten Puzzles
After defeating the flying creatures on the tram, a new challenger awaits in the Hetoor arcade game. Complete this game’s three enemy waves to get the Helluvah Win! achievement.
Without Dealing Damage?!
Eternal glory.
Chapter: Dummies and Forgotten Puzzles
After completing Hetoor, you can go back in for another round, this time aiming to beat it without taking damage. Make use of the small tunnel at the center of Hetoor’s compact arena connecting both sides. This will create a bottleneck effect on the enemies, allowing for easy headshots as they funnel towards you. Remember, you only need to survive three waves unscathed.
The Fly’s Victory
MiSide won’t let you go AFK.
Chapter: Dummies and Forgotten Puzzles
While you can start this game whenever there’s no threat, we found it easiest to complete in the warm comfort of Mila’s presence. All you have to do is stand in a T-pose like an NPC for about one minute and fifty seconds. Player One will suddenly whip out a game to pass the time, thinking you’re AFK. Here, you need to score 25 to unlock The Fly’s Victory.
Carrot
Chapter: Ready Books, Destroying Glitches
This one’s a bit weird if you ask me. To get this achievement, you have to locate the teleporting carrot in Mila’s apartment. It will appear seven times, growing larger each time it vanishes. Find it all seven times and you’re good.
Found You!
Stare at her and she’ll vanish.
Chapter: Ready Books, Destroying Glitches
After fixing the third glitch in Mila’s apartment, the fourth is in her bedroom. But before interacting with it, check out the figurine on the shelf above her computer desk. What was once an anime character is now a mini Mita. Staring at this Mita form will give you the achievement as she’s spotted and quickly transforms back into the original figurine.
Some Achievement?
Oh.
Chapter: Old Version
As soon as you load into the Old Version, you’ll witness a cutscene between Creepy Mita and Crazy Mita. After Crazy Mita leaves through the front door, you follow suit only to find you can’t leave. Attempting to exit through Crazy Mita’s front door unlocks this achievement.
Phase 1 Logs
Ready for a challenge?
Chapter: Old Version
While snooping around inside the Core, be sure to check the Advanced Functions menu on the terminal. Scroll down and execute the Quadrangle command to open this game. You must complete this Tetris-style game to unlock the achievement.
A Long Long Tail
A throwback to a classic.
Chapter: The Real World?
Now that you’re back in the “real world”, free to explore your PC’s contents, the option to play Snake opens up. You need to score 25 to unlock A Long Long Tail.
Phase 2 Logs
How fast are your reflexes?
Chapter: Reboot
Your second visit to the Core offers a more challenging version of Quadrangle. Found in the terminal’s Advanced Functions menu, complete this game once again for the second achievement tied to it.
Is This the End?
Hook, line, and sinker.
Chapter: Reboot
Trigger MiSide’s Bad Ending to unlock this achievement. This will be the default outcome on your first playthrough, as you’re forced to refuse Mita’s offer to stay by her side at the start of the game. Experience the entire story and witness the worst possible fate for Player One to be rewarded with this achievement.
Safe of Life
Peer into your destiny.
Chapter: Reboot
After completing the game and getting the Bad Ending, a short cutscene shows Crazy Mita unlocking the basement safe with the code 4 9 7 0. Enter the main menu’s Load, select The Basement chapter, input the safe code, find the mysterious item, and you’ll get the Safe of Life achievement.

Choose to be part of the simulation.
